Eligibility Criteria For AfDB Recruitment 2024

The following are the minimum skills, experience and qualifications required for the recruitment:

1. A minimum of a Master’s Degree in similar discipline
2. A minimum of six (6) years professional working experience
3. Professional qualification/certification
4. Good interpersonal, supervisory, communication and analytical skills. Demonstrated capacity to influence and inspire team members.
5. Ability to deal with sensitive issues in a multi-cultural environment and to build effective working relations with colleagues
6. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while ensuring quality and exceeding client expectations. 
7. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English or French, preferably with a working knowledge of the other language.
8. Proficiently use standard software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
