Key Requirements For AUDA-NEPAD Recruitment 2024

The minimum requirements for the recruitment is stated below:

Principal Project Coordinator Creating Opportunities For Youth and Women In Africa (COYWA) Programme

1. A bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, MSME Management, Social Development, Project Management, or a related field, with twelve (12) years’ experience of which seven (7) years are at a specialist/expert level in Project Management, M&E, Project Proposal Writing in public sector institutions or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
2. Experience in the preparation and implementation of donor-funded projects is required.

Senior Adviser, Science Technology and Innovation

1. Excellent computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP ERP) essential.
2. Proficiency in one of the AU working languages and fluency in another AU language is an added advantage.
3. Significant experience in capacity building and supporting member states in STI policy development.
4. Excellent diplomacy skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships with AUDA-NEPAD, Member States and other stakeholders.

Programme Officer MSMEs

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Project Management, Procurement, Computer Science or related fields with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in project management at a national or international level, international finance, and/or international development within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organisations regionally and/or internationally.
