The qualities and qualifications for CCMA recruitment 2024 are the below stated:
Case Management Officer Limpopo Province
- Â Unless a candidate can demonstrate suitability through relevant experience of not less than three (3) years in Employment Laws, Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector or Human Resources role
- Candidates must have Matric and Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent) with one (1) year of practical experience will be required
- Candidates must have 1 – 3 years relevant working experience in a case management service Employment Laws, Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector or Human Resources role
- Â Candidates proficient in at least two (2) African languages have an added advantage.
Dispute Prevention & Workplace Outreach Coordinator
- Candidates must have Grade 12, National Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent).
- Candidates must have 1-2 years relevant working experience in a service/ HR/ Legal environment.
- Candidates proficient in at least two (2) African languages have an added advantage.
