Accountabilities and Duties

The duties of the Record Assistant at Chamwino District Council will be;

2. Distributing files to Action Officers
3. Receiving files for Action Officers
4. Receiving files that return to the registry from Executives

For the Clerk Office Driver, his duty will be the following;

1. Typing of letters, information and ordinary and confidential documents;
2. Receiving of guests and arriving at their problems and telling them where they can be helped
3. Maintaining the information of the record of events, appointments, dates of meetings, trips of its Head and other work schedules;

2. Candidates must have a Diploma or NTA level 6 certificate

4. Candidates must excel and obtain certification in office computer programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, E-mail and Publisher from any college recognized by the Government
