Requirements for CIHRM Recruitment 2024
To be eligible for the job openings at CIHRM, applicants are not to have below the following requirements:
Marketing Officer
- Candidates must have a university degree in Marketing, communication, business administration or a related field
- Candidates applying must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a marketing role
- A CIMG Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and content management systems are required
- Candidates must demonstrate success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
Level 4 Project Work Supervisor
- Applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related discipline
- Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a middle or top-level management role
- Membership of CIHRM (Full, Chartered or Fellow) will be an added advantage
- Extensive HR experience across multiple sectors, private, public and NGO
- Candidates must be able to develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, policies and processes
