Criteria For the Job Positions at DRC

1. At least five years’ work experience in an NGO or the commercial sector.
2. Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet) and an advanced proficiency in Excel are required.
3. Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to accomplish set deadlines.
4. Willing to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
5. University degree in similar field or other relevant field.
6. Fluency in written/spoken English and in local spoken languages.
7. Knowledge and experience working protection, food security, WASH, shelter, NFIs, mine action, mine risk education, and armed violence reduction is an asset. 
8. Excellent understanding of the principles of budgeting, financial and contract management.
