4. Evidence of supporting, nurturing and motivating diverse teams including managing multifunctional teams of at least 25 people, whilst championing the values and behaviours of the organisation at all levels.
3Tax Compliance Manager1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit Division.
2. Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
3. Minimum of 5 years Tax experience.
4. Fully qualified member of ICAN, ACCA or CITN.
5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
7. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
