Qualifications and Requirements for DELSU Recruitment 2024
The following are the qualifications and requirements needed for DELSU recruitment 2024:
- Candidates must have Doctorate degree
- Candidates must have a least three (3) years full time teaching experience as an Associate Professor
- Candidates must have a minimum of forty-five (45) points from publications, of which, 27 points (60%) must be from journals. Of the 27 points, 12 points shall come from publications indexed in THOMSON REUTERS (CLARIVATE ANALYTICS) or SCOPUS. The remaining 18 points shall come from national (10 points -22% ) and local (8 points – 18% ) publications. This shall include articles in journals, chapters in books, refereed conference proceedings and books, etc.
- Candidates H-index matrix must have at least 6 points
- All his/her works must be published
