Requirements for DWS Recruitment 2024
Appointment to job positions will be based on meeting the following requirements:
- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in relevant field or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Candidates in possession of Postgraduate qualification in Water Management will advantageous.
- Applicants must have Five (5) to (10) ten years Senior Management experience in similar position.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience should be as Senior Management level is required.
- Candidates must disclose a valid unexpired driver’s license.
- Applicants must possess a sound knowledge of policies and developments in the water sector.
- Candidates must have an understanding of water service processes e.g. purification and distribution.
- People management and empowerment. Client orientation and customer focus. Good communication skills both (verbal and written). Accountability and ethical conduct.
