1. Regional Manager – 2 Positions

Key Requirements For ETDP SETA Recruitment 2024

1. Postgraduate Degree (NQF Level 8) in Education, Training and Development or Business Administration/ Management or Public Administration or Strategic Management or ETD-relevant qualification. 
2. A Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) in Business Administration or Business Leadership will be advantageous. 
3. A certificate in Project Management will be advantageous. 
4. A minimum of five (5) years’ working experience in a skills development environment, of which three (3) years of experience should have been gained at the senior management level. 
5. Sound knowledge of Project Management. 
6. Knowledge of the SETA landscape and experience in Education, Training and Development or public sector environments. 
7. Sound understanding of the skills development legislation and knowledge of skills development systems, processes, and initiatives. 
8. Proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring a diverse group of employees. 
9. Ability to plan and manage people, processes and systems. 
10. Excellent proven report writing skills and presentation skills. 
11. Advance computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages. 
12. Knowledge of business management, financial management, strategic and performance management principles. 
13. Sound time management and negotiation skills. 
14. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different provinces is mandatory.
