Duties and Responsibilities
The jobholder will be tasked with several accountabilities with some of them being:
- Liaising with other directorates of the commission to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations
- Liaising with the Attorney General’s Department and other stakeholders for the preparation and review of legal documents and processes
- Supervising the preparation of draft legal documents
- Providing inputs for legal advice
- Preparing the work plan and budget of the unit
- Preparing and submit the annual and other periodic reports of the unit
- Supervising and appraise the performance of immediate subordinate staff
Qualities and Qualifications for FWSC Recruitment 2024

- Candidates must be in possession of a Master’s Degree in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution (minimum qualification)
