Minimum Qualifications for Ghana Red Cross Recruitment 2024
The following are the criteria that qualify one for the job opening in 2024 at the Ghana Red Cross:
- Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s in development studies, social, business administration or a related field or any professional degree.
- Master’s Degree in development studies, social, business administration or related fields will be preferred
- Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience gained from preferably in non-profit sector
- Preferred experience in relevant humanitarian relief organisations focusing on, but not limited to disaster management and organisational development
- Preferred experiences in managing and leading private or public sector organisations
