Key Qualifications For GHIV Africa Recruitment 2024
The educational qualifications and experience required are listed below:
- Minimum of Diploma, HND or a BSc added advantage in related fields. (Social Sciences e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data science, etc)
- Experience in implementing WASH and nutrition sector project
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in NGO setting.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS, POWERBI and KOBOTOOLBOX
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in developing assessment tools (e.g. questionnaire, focus group discussions).
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and operating project MEAL systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
- Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/performance monitoring plans.
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Working knowledge of data processing computer packages.
- Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, mixed method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Ability to facilitate and serve as a project liaison for externally managed evaluations.
- Personal and organizational skills, including time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in conflict area will be an asset
