Eligibility Criteria For INSO Recruitment 2024

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Excellent oral ability in the local languages.
  2. University degree (Bachelor) in social sciences, humanitarian affairs, security or a related field, or a relevant practical experience.
  3. Significant experience in insecure/conflict-affected environments.
  4. Excellent knowledge of the region, understanding of geography, demography and conflict dynamics.
  5. Ability to periodically travel to other destinations in the region and beyond.
  6. Experience in the humanitarian, and/or risk management and/or humanitarian access sectors.
  7. A good understanding of NGO approaches to security.
  8. A proven ability to develop and maintain working relationships with partners.
  9. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows, Office, SharePoint, and mapping software/applications.
