1. Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Selection Criteria For JAR Recruitment 2024

Only candidate who possess the following qualifications are eligible for hiring:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or NQF equivalent.
2. Post-Graduate qualification in Labour Law will be an added advantage.
3. 8 years’ experience in the Employee Relations environment, inclusive of 5 years at middle management or specialist level in employee relations.
4. Practical experience in presenting cases at CCMA/Bargaining Council.
5. Hands on experience in investigating and presenting cases of misconduct.
6. Knowledge of relevant legislations, case law, human resource practices and principles.
