Only satisfying the following requirements will applicants be considered suitably ideal candidates for the job openings:
- Applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Project Management or related field for Director, Judicial Reforms and Projects project while being an added advantage for the Director, Facilities Management position
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in facilities management for the Director, Facilities Management position
- Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in a management position
- Applicants must have strategic, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Applicants must have proven ability to interact with top management of other institutions and agencies
- Applicants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants must possess Organisation, time management, prioritization and the ability to handle complex, varied workload
- Applicants must be keen to detail attention, especially the ability to quickly spot threats to safety
- Applicants must have the ability to lead and manage projects
