Responsibilities and Key Duties of the Position

As the jobholder, the following are some of the duties which you will be tasked with:

1. Teach and facilitate learning at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels through seminars, workshops, tutorials, and other learning situations as assigned by the Chair of the Department from time to time.
2. Participate in developing, administering, and marking exam assignments and continuous assessment tests.
3. Assist in developing learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
4. Provide advice, guidance, and feedback to students to support their academic progress and refer students to appropriate support services.
5. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualities and Qualifications for KCA University Recruitment 2024

As the prospective candidate, you must ensure a total satisfaction of the following qualifications and qualities:

1. Applicant must have earned a PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Finance or Accounting from an accredited and recognized university
2. Candidate applying must have at least a minimum of 3 years of practical teaching experience at the University level or research industry
3. The applicant must have a minimum of two standard publications in refereed journals
4. Applicant must be registered with a professional body on where it is applicable.
