Duties and Key Accountabilities
As a County Secretary of the Public Service Board of Kisii, Kenya, you will be tasked for the following:
- Be secretary to the County Executive Committee
- Be the Head of County Public Service.
- Be responsible for arranging the business, and keeping the minutes of the County Executive Committee subject to the directions of the County Executive Committee.
- Convey the decisions of the County Executive Committee to the appropriate persons or authorities.
- Perform any other functions as directed by the County Executive Committee.
Requirements for Kisii County Recruitment 2024
The following are the requirements candidate need to satisfy before being appointed as the County Secretary of the Public Service Board of Kisii:
- Candidate must be a Kenyan Citizen.
- Candidate must hold a degree from a university recognized in Kenya.
- Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience
- Candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience in a leadership position at the senior management level in a public service or private sector organization
- Candidate must meet the requirements of leadership and integrity as prescribed in Chapter Six of the Constitution.
