Requirements For KPMG Recruitment 2024

The following consists of the educational qualifications, experience and skills required for the job role:

1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a consulting role with at least 2-3 years’ experience in either decarbonization, carbon markets or offering similar services.
3. Verifiable history of meeting/ exceeding sales targets and finding new sales channels or pathways to sale of Decarbonisation/ESG solutions.
4. Demonstrated understanding of ESG strategy development and decarbonisation solutions.
5. Experience in working with International Development Agencies is a plus.
6. A post graduate qualification or accreditation in the relevant ESG area is an added advantage.
7. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-jurisdictional teams.
8. Ability to travel across Africa to events and meetings in addition to working from local office or home office.
9. Understanding of ESG, especially the decarbonization drivers.
10. The ability and experience to generate demand for ESG Strategy and Decarbonization consulting services.
11. The ability to create new, profitable lead channels while mining existing sales channels for opportunities.
12. Ability to present and communicate clearly with client stakeholders (from senior executives to users).
13. Must be able to work autonomously and in a team, while seeking leadership guidance appropriately.
14. Ability to plan, coordinate and track multiple business development activities.
