The required qualifications for the job position is highlighted here:

1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in related field.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in a large and diverse environment.
3. IT certifications in ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
4. Support experience of Windows Server and Active Directory.
5. Experience in supporting Mac OS X in Windows environment.
6. Experience in supporting Microsoft Office applications.
7. Experience in anti-virus and anti-malware software, and of managing virus Incidents.
