General Requirements For the Recruitment 2024
All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged not more than 45 years, except for those already employed in government service. Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should specify their disability in the job application system for notification to the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat.
All applicants must attach a certified birth certificate by a Lawyer/Advocate. Applicants who are already Public Servants and have obtained qualifications to enter different cadres should route their application letters through their employers, and the employers should appropriately verify the applications.
Applicants must attach a detailed personal resume (Detailed C.V) with reliable addresses and phone numbers, along with the names of three reliable referees, Form Four and Form Six certificates for those who have reached that level, certificates of completion of various training, and professional certificates according to relevant qualifications as follows:
- Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificates.
- Form IV and Form VI examination certificates.
- Computer Certificate.
- Professional certificates from respective boards.
- Birth certificate.
Other Important Information
“Testimonials,” “Provisional Results,” “Statement of results,” Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania should ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant Authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE).
