General Criteria For Migori County Recruitment 2024

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

1. Be a Kenya citizen.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
3. Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration Business Administration, Political Science/Government or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution shall be an added advantage
4. Must be a member of a professional body relevant to the position applied for and in good standing 
5. Have vast knowledge and experience of not less than 7 years in the relevant field, five of which should be in a managerial position 
6. Be conversant with the Constitution of Kenya and all the devolution laws 
7. Demonstrate through understanding of county development objectives and vision 2030 
8. Be a strategic thinker and result oriented 
9. Have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills 
10. Have capacity to work under pressure to meet timelines 
11. Have ability to work in a multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity 
12. Satisfies the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution 
13. Demonstrate understanding and commitment to the values and principles as outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya. 
14. Be computer literate
