The NDLEA has announced the official date for the 2024 recruitment training exercise. Keep reading as this page will reveal all you need to know about the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency training.
After the shortlist has been released and also a successful screening exercise, candidates will undergo a short time training which will help them prepare for the great task ahead. The training camp will also serve as an orientation camp for the newly recruited officers.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency is inviting shortlisted candidates for the 2024 recruitment training. All shortlisted candidates are expected to report for the training exercise. Failing to do so will lead to disqualification.
NDLEA Training Date 2024
All successful candidates for the two categories (Narcotic Officer cadre and first batch of Narcotic Assistant cadre) are to report for training at the NDLEA Academy, Kotton Rikus, Jos in Plateau State training between Friday, December 3 and Monday, December 6, 2024.

NDLEA Training Requirements 2024
All successful candidates (Narcotic Officers and Assistants) are to report at NDLEA Academy, Kotton Rikus, Jos with original and photocopy of the following:
- NDLEA online application reference slip,
- Four copies of 5 by 7 colour photograph without cap/hat,
- Writing materials to include biro, pencils, ruler, notebooks and file jacket,
- Three pairs of white (unmarked) round neck vests and navy blue shorts (without stripes) and two pairs of white and black socks.
The full details of the requirements shall be communicated to you directly from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. And successful candidates who fail to report by 6 pm on Tuesday 25 July 2024 will be disqualified.
