Qualifications for NEPHAK Recruitment 2024
The qualifications which you must strictly adhere to following NEPHAK Recruitment 2024 are outlined below:
Program Officer
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or any related field.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation for programs preferably Global Fund or USAID funded
Finance Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in commerce (BCOM) or Business Administration majoring in Accounting or Finance
Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Officer
- Candidates must have a Professional Accountancy(CPA/ACCA) at least CPA Part II
- Minimum of (3) years of accounting experience in a similar capacity working with an NGO on donor funded projects
- Knowledge of MPESA Bulk payment System
