Requirements For NFT Consult Recruitment

Below are the necessary qualifications, skills and experience required for the job position:

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or another course of a numerate background but must have a relevant professional qualification – CPA or ACCA.
2. Five years’ experience in a professional audit firm or a manufacturing organization.
3. High level of analytical and attention to detail.
4. Good computer knowledge, exposure to an ERP environment and reporting tools.
5. Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and other Microsoft office applications is essential.
6. Good business acumen – understand business implications of decisions; and align work with strategic goals.
7. Good understanding of processes in different business areas.
8. Exhibits confidence in self and others and inspires respect and trust.
9. Have the ability to identify and resolve problems on time.
10. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; and listens and gets clarification.
11. Able to balance team and individual responsibilities; and recognize accomplishments of other team members.
12. Develops workable change plans; communicates changes effectively; and monitors transition and evaluates results.
13. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
14. Proactive and able to take initiative to propose and implement new approaches.
