Latest News: Nigeria Police Service Commission (PSC) has approved and release a list of several successful applicants for recruitment into the constable and specialist cadres of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

1. Launch of New Portal (www.policeservicecommission.cloud)
The PSC has officially launched a new recruitment portal aimed at streamlining the application process for prospective police officers. This new portal, hosted on a secure cloud platform, allows candidates to check their recruitment status online.
PSC Chairman, Dr Solomon Arase, stated, “The new recruitment portal is designed to make the application process more accessible and transparent. We are committed to ensuring that the best candidates are recruited to serve in the Nigeria Police Force.”
2. Shortlist of 10,000 Candidates for 2024 Recruitment
In a related development, the PSC has released the shortlist of candidates for the 2024 recruitment exercise. The list is now available on the newly launched portal, allowing applicants to check their status easily.
The commission has urged all shortlisted candidates to prepare for the next phase of the recruitment process, which will be related to the shortlisted candidates via email or sms.

3. Introduction of E-Discipline Management System
The NPF has also introduced an E-Discipline Management System aimed at improving the handling of disciplinary cases within the police force.
