The management board of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board has publicly disclosed the names of newly recruited primary school teachers and caregivers in the State.
The public notice was disclosed earlier on Wednesday, 20th November, 2024 by The SUBEB Chairman, Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran. The Chairman added that the list which includes 5,600 teachers and 80 caregivers in the State was duly approved by the Oyo State Governor, Engr. ‘Seyi Makinde
Adding to that, the SUBEB chairman said that the newly engaged teachers and caregivers were the first batch to be employed from successful applicants in the recruitment exercise carried out by OYOSUBEB recently.
Starting from Saturday, 23rd November, 2024, candidates who applied for the recruitment can check the list by logging to the job portal via https://www.jobportal.oyostate.gov.ng, and there after, the successful candidates will undergo a verification exercise at the Board’s headquarters.
At this point, the verification exercise date has not been mentioned but soon will be as stated by Adeniran, with the assurance of more successful candidates getting employed at due course.
