Duties and responsibilities

The jobholder will be responsible for the execution of the following tasks:

  3. Liaising with National Government staff at the Ward level
  4. Ensuring effective service delivery
  5. Establishing, implementing and monitoring performance management systems
  6. Coordinating developmental activities to empower the community
  7. Providing and maintaining infrastructure and facilities of public service
  8. Facilitating and coordinating citizen participation in the development of policies and delivery of services
  9. Exercising any functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board any other Authority
