General Requirements For Heineken Recruitment 2024

Requirements For the Position of HR Practitioner

1. Diploma or Degree in HR management or Industrial Psychology.
2. A sound knowledge of all relevant labour laws is essential.
3. 2-3 year’s experience in HR within an unionized environment.
4. A valid code 8 driver’s license.
5. Demonstrated competencies of recruitment and selection practices, training and development and improving employee relations are essential. 
6. Ability to work independently, accurately and under pressure.
7. Good interpersonal relationship skills.
8. Good communication, consultation and negotiation skills.
9. To reflect good leadership behaviour towards colleagues, superiors and company values.
10. Proven computer literacy in Ms Office, SAP will be advantageous.
11. Have proven verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements For the Position of Operator: Packaging

1. Min Matric Certificate/ NQF3
2.  Min 2-5 years Relevant FMCG experience
