Requirements For UNICEF Recruitment
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- An Advanced University degree in Social Sciences, or relevant related course of study in the field.
- Relevant years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in social development or similar field is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, identify solutions to overcome bottlenecks, and deliver high-quality results on time. Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in both development and humanitarian contexts is considered as an added advantage.
- Knowledge of another official UN language or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills required.
- Ability to initiate and manage change in a diverse environment.
