Job Requirements For US Embassy Recruitment 2024

Education Requirements: University degree in any relevant related field. Also, completion of high school/secondary school is required for the position of the consular associate.

Experience: Relevant years of progressively responsible experience in similar field.

Skills And Abilities: The following is required:

1. Demonstrated skills in MS Office Suite and general computer skills including information and database management.
2. Organizational skills, including task management and filing skills; communication skills including writing skills appropriate for drafting official correspondence and reports.
3. Tact and good judgment in dealing with the public, often under difficult and sensitive circumstances.
4. Sensitivity in evaluating evidence and applying complex regulations correctly.
5. Ability to learn applicable U.S. and host country laws, regulations, legal precedents and court decisions.
6. Good interpersonal skill.
