Below are the necessary requirements that all interested applicants must bear in mind:
- Bachelors degree in a business related field with specialization in human resource management
- MBA/MSC in human resource management /business administration /commerce /public administration from recognized university
- At least 9 years previous relevant work experience with a least three (3) years ina managerial position in a reputable organization
- Senior management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks and strategic leadership development course lasting at least six (6) weeks.
- Professional qualifications and membership to IHRM and be in good standing.
- Meet the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya.
- Effective communication, report writing and interpersonal skills
- Counseling and problem-solving skills
