2. CHRP qualifications/Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and IHRM membership are an added advantage for candidates applying for the position of Human Resource Intern
3. The candidate must be honest and a team player.
4. Must have a good understanding and practical knowledge of the various employment laws. 
5. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
