The Ondo State Universal Basic Primary Education Board (ODSUBEB) has set scheduled May 14th, 2024 to conduct a Computer Based test (CBT) for applicants who applied for teaching positions in public primary schools across the state.
The ODSUBEB conducts Computer Based Tests (CBT) for various purposes, most commonly for teacher recruitment to test their professional skills.
In line with global trends in educational assessment, Ondo SUBEB has embraced the use of CBT as a modern and efficient method of evaluating the knowledge and competencies of prospective teachers.
According to the statement issued by ODSUBEB’s Director of Information and Public Relations, Prince Bolu Diesel Ajijo, the CBT will hold on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 from 8.00am to 6.00pm.

However, applicants will receive information through SMS or email detailing how to log in to the portal, a few hours to the commencement of the examination.
Important Notice
It is important to note that two portals will be opened for the exercise. One each for NCE and also for degree holders. Each applicant is to answer 25 questions in 10 minutes during the online test.
The Executive Chairman of the Board, RT Hon. Victor Olabimtan described the recruitment exercise as a replacement initiative for teachers who have been transferred or retired from rural and hard-to-reach areas of the state.
Over 31,000 qualified applicants applied for the just concluded 2,000 teaching vacancies. However the upcoming interview test is designed to identify the best candidates for the positions.
