Eligibility and Requirements For BIC Recruitment 2024

If you are interested in applying for the job role, it is essential that you go through the eligibility criteria to match your eligibility before applying which are listed below:

Qualifications:

1. Possession of a Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in Quality, City & Guilds Quality Assurance Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Lead Auditor certification preferred
3. At least 3 years of pertinent experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the FMCG industry, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment with a staff complement exceeding 50 employees.
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, LIMS, PowerPoint, Outlook, and JDE.
5. Knowledge of Quality and 6 Sigma concepts and relevant computer software is beneficial.
6. Previous experience in the Injection Moulding and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions.
3. Utilizing logic and reasoning to assess strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
4. Applying general rules to specific problems to produce logical answers.
5. Arranging things or actions according to specific rules or patterns.
6. Conducting tests and inspections to evaluate quality or performance of products, services, or processes.
