The following are individual requirements for the two positions open for hiring at CETA in 2024 currently:
Project Manager: ICT
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project is needed.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ICT projects.
Specialist: Artisan Development
- As qualified Candidates, you must have a Matric / Grade 12
- Applicants must possess a Degree in Education/Quality Management/Skills Development & Training NQF Level 7
- Applicants must have no less than 3 years of experience in training and development of Artisans with 2 years of relevant experience in supervising others
- Candidates applying must be an ETDP Accredited Assessor/Moderator and in possession of a Valid Driver’s License
