Required Qualifications For IRC Recruitment 2024

The minimum qualifications required are as follows:

1. Diploma in Health Records & Information Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or any other related field.
2. Bsc in Health Information management, Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent with at least 3 years of field experience.
3. Computer literacy with possible advanced Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and Ms access.
4. Knowledge in computer statistical packages (EPI INFO, SPSS and Stata).
5. Strong data interpretation skills, report writing and presentation skills.
6. Ability to undertake MEAL activities based on guidance from the supervisor.
7. Possess a basic understanding of Monitoring and client feedback mechanisms and functions.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills.
9. Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
10. Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring of staff.
11. Experience in use of data to inform decision-making, planning, and performance monitoring
12. Strong management skills (Managing, motivating and developing staff)
