KPMG Recruitment Requirements 2024

The following are the desirable qualifications for the recruitment:

Senior Associate – International Development Advisory Services (IDAS):

1. Minimum of Second Class (Upper) division in a development related discipline – social sciences, accounting, economics, public health, etc. from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of five O’Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.
3. At least 4-6 years’ work experience delivering mid-size projects in the international development sector for bilateral and multilateral development institutions, preferably in Africa.
4. Experience in providing grant assurance services, and monitoring and evaluation of grant programs.
5. Experience in any of the following sectors is an added advantage – Agribusiness, Healthcare, Inclusive Finance, Renewable Energy, Climate Change, Environment, Social Development, Trade and Investment, Youth MSMEs and Entrepreneurship.
6. Experience in writing grant proposals and making presentations.
7. Strong skills on Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Associate – International Development Advisory Services (IDAS):

1. Minimum of Second Class (Upper) division in a development related discipline – social sciences, accounting, economics, public health, etc. from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of five O’Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.
3. At least 2-3 years’ work experience delivering projects in the development sector for bilateral and multilateral development institutions, preferably in Africa.
4. Experience in providing grant assurance services, and monitoring and evaluation of grant programs.
5. Strong project management skills.
6. Strong consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
7. Strong skills on Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
