Requirements for MERSETA Recruitment 2024

To be ideally considered for the position, applicant must adhere to the following requirements:

1. Relevant NQF level 6 qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field 
2. NQF Level 7 qualification or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Company Secretariat, or a related field is advantageous 
3. A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role in a SETA environment 
4. 2 years or more experience in an administrative or office support role in a SETA environment is advantageous 
5. Knowledge of Labour Market Trends 
6. Customer Service Orientation Skills 
7. Technical Skills and Competence 
8. Attention to Detail Skills and Concern for Excellence 
9. Collaboration Skills 
10. Communication Skills
