Requirements For Nestle Recruitment

Requirements For the Position of Team Leader:

1. Production Diploma or equivalent and relevant operational experience at market/business level
2. 3-5 years’ experience in the Distribution environment
3. Operational experience at market/business level in the following areas is beneficial:
4. Formal Knowledge of distribution end to end process.
5. Stock control, SHE, Quality
6. SAP experience
7. Employee Relations experience

Requirements For the Position of Employee Services Administration:

1. 3-year Diploma/Degree in HR / Payroll
2. 1-2 years working experience in time and attendance systems.
3. Knowledge of SAP system
4. Good understanding of HR processes & policies
5. Good Knowledge of Time Management System (Kronos)
6. Sound understanding BCEA and Tax legislation.
7. Advanced Excel experience 
8. Knowledge of Overtime Management
