Candidates ae to note that they will be trained to provide support on safety information on incident and accident data, and to improve on effectiveness and efficiency of the department by making safety recommendations and capturing safety data.
SACAA Safety Training Information
- Collect Safety information data from various sources
- Validate the data sources and distribute to the relevant departments internally
- Maintain and update of the CSSR/CHARS data base Conduct safety risk assessment
- With reference to the findings of the investigations, propose safety recommendations, actions and possible accident prevention programs.
- Records Management keep records of all the reports.
- Provide industry feedback to the SACAA.
Requirements for SACAA Recruitment 2024
The below are the requirements needed for SACAA Recruitment 2024:
- Candidates must have Grade 12 and National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or AME or PPL or ATC
- CPL
- Candidates must have Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
- Candidates have 1 – 3 years Aviation Safety experience or 2 – 3 Years Aircraft Maintenance Engineer experience or 100 flying hours and PPL or 2 – 3 Years ATC experience
