Requirements for ICASA Recruitment 2024

Regulatory & Legislative Drafting Specialist

1. Applicants must have Honours/4-year degree in Law (NQF Level 8) and an Admitted Attorney/Advocate.
2. Applicants must possess a Minimum of 3 years managerial experience, 5 years professional experience, 6 years work experience, 4 years post-admission experience, or alternatively, a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience with at least 1 year in ICT regulatory.
3. Proven track record in handling litigation and drafting contracts/legislation.
4. Solid regulatory/ICT acumen (distinct/added advantage) 

Specialist: Planning Monitoring and Evaluation

1. Applicants must possess a Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent
2. Candidates with postgraduate studies in Monitoring and Evaluation methods will be advantageous
3. Applicants must possess 3 years’ experience managing people or 4 years of Specialist Experience and 4 years’ experience in data collection techniques, data analysis, and report writing.
