- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or any related discipline;
- M.Sc./MBA in any relevant field;
- Professional Qualification CFA, ACA, ICAN, PMP, CIS is an added advantage;
- Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in a top tier consulting firm, with proven track record in supporting c-level executives and expertise In business strategy;
- Extensive experience in Project Management, strategy formulation and execution, and business analysis;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Deep understanding of Capital Market business, operations regulation, , and industry trends.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive results across all levels of the organization.
