  1. Diploma + Advanced Diploma / B-Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field (NQF Level 7).
  2. South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) is preferred.
  3. 10 years related work experience in Human Resources.
  4. 3 years management experience.
  5. Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing strategies for optimal organisational structure, performance management, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, value systems, human capital service delivery, etc.
  6. Proven track record in designing organisational frameworks for human capital value chain optimisation, leadership development, culture change, and human capital compliance and governance.
