The desirable qualifications are given here:
- Diploma + Advanced Diploma / B-Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field (NQF Level 7).
- South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) is preferred.
- 10 years related work experience in Human Resources.
- 3 years management experience.
- Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing strategies for optimal organisational structure, performance management, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, value systems, human capital service delivery, etc.
- Proven track record in designing organisational frameworks for human capital value chain optimisation, leadership development, culture change, and human capital compliance and governance.
