Key Criteria For BMA Recruitment 2024
This requirements for this appointment is listed here:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Law or Human Resources, qualification at NQF Level 7, a post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years’ experience of chairing collective bargaining processes at a Bargaining council or CCMA.
- A minimum of three (3) reference letters on a letterhead of the institutions where services were rendered pertaining to chairing collective bargaining processes.
- Conversant with Labour legislations and case law related to collective bargaining.
- 5-10 years’ experience in chairing bargaining councils or similar institutions.
