1. Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in similar field or its equivalent from a recognized institution:
2. For the position of Assistant Engineer; Be registered by the- Engineers Registration: Board of Kenya as a Graduate Engineer
3. Have a certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution
